Circuit Training: This type of training involves cardio, strength and flexibility all accomplished within a 30 minute session. Sessions are conducted two or three times per week, depending on the participant's preference. Locations are determined by the participants and the Trainer. Morning, afternoon, early evening and weekend session times are available.
"Circuit training is a conditioning system that incorporates the health related components of fitness (strength, cardio and flexibility) while moving from one exercise station or activity to another until all stations/activities have been executed at least one time." (Cooper definition)
There is a 10 participant minimum for circuit training sessions. Cost is $10 per participant per session and are purchased in blocks of 8 sessions.

Individual Personal Training: One on one sessions are customized based on the individual's goals. During our initial meeting we will discuss your goals, complete a risk assessment and other legal paperwork. Personal training sessions are approximately 35 minutes at a location to be determined by client and Trainer. Sessions are $40 and are purchased in 10 session blocks.
Sessions include cardio, strength, core, nutritional guidance and accountability. Morning, afternoon, early evening and weekend session times are available.

Physical fitness may be defined as the ability to carry out the daily tasks with vigor and alertness, without undue fatigue with ample energy to engage in leisure time pursuits and meet the above average physical stresses encountered in emergency situations. There are two categories:
Health related incudes Cardiorespiratory fitness, Body composition, Flexibility, Absolute strength, and Dynamic strength. Motor related includes Coordination, Agility, Power, Balance, Speed, Accuracy and Reaction Time.
